Our portfolio of managed properties covers South and West Somerset (managed from Yeovil) and Devon (managed from Yelverton).

Most of our properties are director-owned or lease-owned by Armada Lettings.

We currently manage 51 properties (Sept 2011) - most of which are 2, 3 or 4 bedroomed family homes.

All of our properties are 'quality homes' with a good standard of internal decoration. They are all well-maintained, painted regularly, and conform to all statutary safety requirements.

We pay close attention to matching the right tenant with the right property - then we look after both the tenant and the property very well. This has resulted in an average tenancy turnover of three years throughout our portfolio. Some tenants have remained in our properties for as much as ten years!
